The receptionist, dentist and nurse were all really friendly and the dentist explained everything to me clearly. I felt comfortable and safe throughout my procedures and am happy with the service I received.

A neutral review from me and I think under the circumstances that's fair. Easy getting an appt and the reception staff are helpful and accommodating. The treatment was efficient but brutal. I had a very tricky wisdom tooth extraction which was deeply embedded and infected I don't feel I was given enough local anaesthetic as I felt it towards the end which is scary enough, but for a person who fears the dentist is enough to put me off going for another 8 years.
Now I know it's my own fault leaving too long but it's kind of a catch 22 situation. Dentists give me the fear, I've been up all night, waking every hour and hoping it was time for pain relief. I've quite a high pain threshold but ibuprofen and paramol aren't cutting it. I'm in more pain now than when I went in. Who knows if I'll even return within the next 8 years 😄 also I feel the cost is very steep. I was told I needed around 700 quids worth of work, fair enough, I'm not a frequent flyer, so it's my own fault, but when a clean is over 200 quid I feel that's taking the mick. The dentist himself however is very nice, I have no complaints about how i was treated as it was over and done with fast but I recommend that he gives more local anaesthetic as mine wore off very quickly. I'd rather be numb and drooling for hours than feel the pain part way through the procedure, high pain threshold or not 😆

My son had been terrified of dentists for years, he went to Synergy dentist's in Preston. He was immediately put at ease by all staff, and had dental work done with a calm understanding regarding his fears. The dentist was as amazing as the subsequent results of my sons dental work. Based on my personal experience, the synergy team are kind, patient and understanding. They prioratise customer care, ensuring that every time I attended my appointment i was comfortable, which in return allowed me to ask all of my questions, no matter how small, silly or basic they may have been. They call after every appointment in order to make sure that you are happy with the service, allowing you to give feedback.
I have only been attending the clinic for 2months, but the way they communicate with clients, allows me to trust them and makes a really challenging dental procedure more bearable.

The practice in Great Harwood have friendly, helpful staff, and the dental practitioner I see is extremely skilled and thoughtful about his client's welfare.
I am always given the best recommendations, and they don't overcharge or encourage you to spend more.
On a recent visit I received a discount due to the dentist requiring less time and work than expected.

Made very easy i needed a dentist and wasn't registerd at any clinics. So after calling multiple clinics with no joy Synergy Dental made me an appointment straight away and were very to the point and helpful great team. The work i recieved repairing my front tooth excellent would highly recommend 👌

Great dentist surgery with always extremely friendly receptionist and I always feel like I’ve had a good experience when generally going to the dentist is not a nice experience. It is all modern and immaculately clean and covid is taken seriously. The dentist is knowledgeable and helpful and I feel like I have a great check and that’s why I drive 1 hour to go to this dentist surgery.

I visited the clinic for 2 teeth extractions n 1 false plate.all the staff are very polite.I was not kept waiting more than 5 mins after appointment time.the procedure was not very nice having teeth out is not pleasant but the staff where so patient with me even when I screamed out . New plate was fitted perfectly .not a fan of the dentist but the staff put me at ease 5*

Great Clinic
Had horrible toothache there was no problem getting me booked in. Solve my issue and came up with long term plan to fix all my teeth on the first visit (even had 2 different options one cheaper). Service and everything spot on.

Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Synergy Dental in Bury. Unfortunately I am no stranger to the dentist, crowns and implants. For my latest crown I was seen by Dr Mateen Ahmed. He has an excellent manner, explaining options and making you feel right at ease. Impressed with his use of what appeared to me cutting edge technology. No nasty tasting moulds needed these days but modern micro camera to scan the teeth to produce a model that was then used to produce the crown, which fitted perfectly 😁. The only pain? Paying for it! 🥴. By far, the best experience to date of having a crown (and other treatment) and highly recommended - Thanks Mateen and team 👍
