So so friendly ! The lovely lady who scanned my teeth was not only extremely professional, she put me at ease and explained every step of the process . She repeatedly checked I was comfortable. Best experience I've ever had at a dentist !

I had to have an extraction and was amazed at how much care was taken with the whole procedure. This was reassuring and was not at all an unpleasant experience. I have always found their standards of professionalism extremely high. I would always recommend this clinic here in Preston Lancashire.

Excellent service at the Blackpool clinic. fast and efficient, two lovely professional ladies, fully explained everything, added reassurance and were a credit to the practise, reception was really wonderful, this practise has improved 1000% with just a little bit of extra customer care. Since starting my invisalign journey with Synergy Blackpool this year, I have nothing but good things to say. Starting from the welcoming administration staff-always so lovely and happy to help. I have seen some rude patients whilst waiting for my appointment and the staff always handle these situations very professionally especially the gentleman who I think has recently joined the team (Damon?)-apologies If I have got the name wrong.
All the dental assistants are brilliant, very efficient and make me feel very comfortable. Dr Aunkit is fantastic and always strives for perfection with patients and makes sure everything is explained and understood.
Can't praise this dental practice enough...all smiles (literally) from one happy patient 😁

Relocated to Adlington a few months ago & thought I’d try this dentist. Dr Sana Valli was friendly & made me feel at ease. Treatment & pricing was explained beforehand which I liked. I shall return for my next check up in 6 months. Great experience.

What a great team, everyone is so informative and caring, from Emma at reception tries her upmost best to get you an appointment that suits your needs, always so friendly and attentive to anyone that walks through the door. Dr. Mateen has your best interests at heart and actually listens to you, to his nurse Alex, always smiling and nothing is ever too much trouble. Great atmosphere everytime I visit. Would highly recommend to all!

I have been with Synergy dental for Invisalign and I first visited this dentist in March. Mid way through the treatment I started experiencing severe tooth pain so I contacted my regular NHS dentist practice who did X-rays and told me nothing was wrong and the pin I was experiencing was probably down to the Invisalign so I contacted Synergy and managed to get an emergency appointment the and day.
When I explained the pain to Dr Mateen he took X-rays and couldn’t pin point the exact cause of the pain but could see I was experiencing discomfort.
Cutting a very long story short, 2 emergency appointments and a removed nerve later, Dr Mateen and the staff at synergy Dental have left me feeling so at ease! They have gone above and beyond to get to the root of the problem. He has been extremely informative and explained every possible treatment with every possible outcome. I could not recommend this practice enough.

The quality of the work is good and they're always really good at fitting me in. They're expensive- but all dentists are. They coule improvement time keeping- I've only ever been seen on time once in 3 years and that was yesterday.
