The dentist was very nice and communicated with me . He talked me through everything whilst he was doing if and made sure I was comfortable and felt safe . When I first walked in it was very welcoming and I enjoyed it there it helped my anxiety about the dentist go down .

I was in a lot of pain but the dentist got me an appointment the same day. Although he was not my usual dentist, he made me feel at ease and explained my treatment options. He helped me make a good decision and I was out of pain within 30 mins of arrival. I also like that you call the next day to make sure I was OK.

I had been seen by another dentist and was given fillings in teeth and finally told me the pain was coming from my wisdom tooth. Due to the Christmas period and the fact I requested sedation I had to wait until after the Christmas period.
So I called Synergy as they did sedation. When I was provided with an appointment and was seen quickly. I am a nervous patient and don't like any dentist appointment. But I had to go.
The dentist was brillient and immediately put me at ease, which resulted in me having my wisdom tooth out there and then, without sedation.
He was very efficient and I didn't feel any pain. Thankyou very much and have booked another appointment.

I was a little nervous before the appointment but Dr Zohaib explained every stage to me and put me at ease. I couldn’t be happier with my new smile.
I am delighted with the composite veneers, they are perfect and very natural as I requested.

Posting on behalf of Sandra Dancy, the dental practice in Blackpool have been outstanding through the whole process, starting with the three gentlemen on reception who were very helpful abd welcoming from the minute you walked in and kept you well informed on appointments etc, the dentist Dr Vjala made me feel very relaxed when i am normally a nervous patient, explained everything very clearly and so gentle, along with all the other kind dental technicians too. Finally I’m over my fear of dentists. Very patient from start to finish. Been a long 6 months of work and procedures and I think I’ve got the bug, maybe get more done in the new year. Great dentist, courteous staff and I’ve not stopped smiling 😁😁.

After suffering a phobia of dentists through bad experience as a child I plucked up the courage to book an appointment and I’m so glad I did. Tried to get into numerous Dentists yesterday 20/12/22 after snapping my Front Toorh Crown eating crusty bread.

Always great service. I’ve been twice now to this dentist and once to the hygienist and I’ve never been disappointed. Dr Bills Salim is very professional, talks you through every procedure, welcomes any questions and is very good at keeping you calm if a nervous patient!
