Excellent service and support, including post-installation of our new security cameras. Dan came to replace our existing CCTV system and he could not have been more professional and helpful. The quality of his work was outstanding, including coming up with very good and well considered solutions when we encountered problems with our existing wifi (older house with thick walls and dodgy coverage!). Nothing phased Dan and he was always polite and helpful, even when faced with some extremely dumb questions from me and a very excitable puppy (sorry about the hammer!). I will almost certainly use Rotor Pixel again to put in a new, electronically-controlled gate and would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

We would give Dan 10 stars plus if we could. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave us lots of options and time to make up our minds which camera would be most suitable for our security. Once fitted he also took the time and trouble to help us set it up on our phones etc and he was so kind and patient with us. Would definitely recommend Dan to everybody and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again. He is definitely the best. Thank you Dan.
