Local cafe with a good variety of menu choices. Efficient friendly staff. Nice food. Clean. Reasonably priced meals and light snacks. Menus a bit tatty and tables very close together making it a little cramped for the diners.

Just been for tea with hubby. Muffins open until 9 now on Thursdays and Fridays. The service was wonderful. Friendly and polite. This is a good idea as on a Friday if you are like me can't be bothered to cook, you can pop down the road and have a home cooked meal. The only reason this is not 5 stars is the toast could have done with being done more so it wasn't just warm bread. Plenty of mushrooms and a thoroughly cooked tomato not a raw one. Took pudding home so hopefully this will live up to what we think we are going to get.

As someone said previously; it is OK, not amazing (also picked up on the shabby menus). Had breakfast here on a Sunday morning. Both had a large breakfast. Food came out pretty quickly and appeared to be freshly made. Just didn't tick all of our boxes. It appears to be popular with other locals - just maybe not for us. Wish you all the best.
