I have been with the project since the start, firstly as a volunteer and now as a paid member of staff and it has had an amazing positive impact on all aspects of my life. And I'm not in a minority. Come and visit our workshop / showroom, meet the team and see for yourselves the amazing creatively up-cycled furniture, hand crafted cushions and bags, and see first-hand the difference the project is making to unwanted furniture and household items, team members and the local community.

I am currently a volunteer at Recover and have been there since the inception. I have learned amazing new skills, including upholstering and painting to commercial standard. I have also met some of the most special people you could ever meet.people who (for whatever reason) have come into the project on the first day lacking confidence and self-esteem and after just a few visits to Recover flourish into confident and creative individuals. I smile everyday at Recover.

I went to see her with sore shoulders and, having given me a thorough examination, she treated the area effectively and gave me some easy exercises to do every day at home.
