Back in July you very kindly left the following feedback in our customer satisfaction survey which we then forwarded on to thebestof Welwyn & Hatfield so that they could post it to our profile. Unfortunately at the time for whatever reason, the email from them asking you to validate was not actioned and so your review did not get posted. From beginning to end the level of customer service was brilliant. They have found a real gap in the market and they made our in car experience very comfortable on a 10 hour round trip, which would normally involve packing things around the kids feet!
