Patrick also provides lots of good advice on treatment and rehabilitation and I now have a much better idea how to keep my body healthy so I can keep running for many more years. Terry is a great sports masseuse who again provides lots of practical advice. Cannot recommend them too highly.

On a relatively recent occasion my answer to a general health enquiry resulted in an immediate referral to a doctor and a subsequent 'day and a half' in the Lister Cardiac Department; probably a life saver!
