The exhibition, led by Bal Singh, showcases over three decades of work by the Khalsa FA. Developed in collaboration with the ACE-accredited Garden City Collection, the display highlights how a local futsal club transformed into a symbol of togetherness, actively challenging racism and inequality within the community.
Visitors can explore a curated mix of personal stories, photography, memorabilia, and interactive displays. These pieces reflect the lived experiences of academy members and illustrate how sport serves as a force for social change, identity, and belonging.
As part of the South Asian Heritage Month celebrations, this exhibition honours the history and contributions of South Asian communities in Hertfordshire and beyond. It is an invitation to reflect on the past while inspiring future generations to continue building inclusive and connected communities.
