We used Gills for the first time just to do a boiler service, in the past we have used British Gas but decided to use a local firm. I must say that the positive reviews on various sites did meet our expectations, the engineer that carried out the service was as thorough as you could expect not just for the service but also from a safety check also, I do not think we had such a thorough job from the big name companies. I would also like to say that as we have a new build house and have had BG and the developers plumbers in the house the engineer from Gills could answer any question I threw at them with excellent knowledge.

First and foremost a HUGE Thank You to Paul for the totally amazing work that he completed last Friday. I so much appreciate everything he did and am totally thrilled to have a fully functioning shower back again and for the first time in 6 years, NO leaking waste water at the side of the house. From the various stages you go through to get a completed bathroom and toilet, Gill's Bathroom and Kitchens were always patient, knowledgeable,approachable and helpful. A pandemic doesn't help, but every precaution was taken and all the team made me feel comfortable and at ease. Karl, the gentleman in charge of transforming my bathroom is a master of his trade. He was always punctual, polite, ready to explain what he was doing and produced a bathroom and toilet that I can now be proud of. Waste from the refurbishment was regularly bagged up for collection and at the end of each day the working area was thoroughly cleaned. I'm certainly impressed with all the team and the end result and would happily recommend Gill's Bathrooms and Kitchens to others.

Ordered a service for my central heating boiler. Engineer arrived on time and carried out the work efficiently and cleaned up after he'd finished. Worth mentioning that I was advised to have a carbon monoxide alarm which the engineer carried in his van. The price of this item was about half what I was quoted by British Gas !! So all in all I was very happy with this company's performance from booking the service to the completion of the work.

Gill's are a very reliable professional business. We have used them on a number of occasions and been very happy with all the workers who have done jobs for us. We recently had a new Digital shower fitted at a very competitive price. They were very prompt, efficient, clean and polite, so we will continue to contact them if we need work done. Give them a try and you will be glad you did.

Gill's recently did our bathroom, which was quite a big job. Everything was done to a high standard, with the emphasis being on thorough rather than rushed. Thank you to Simon, who carried out most of the work, and to the others who did more specialist bits here and there.

I have been using Gill's for a couple of years since moving house. Called Gills to fix a pressure valve fault on our central heating. Will sorted out an engineer visit within 24 hours and the part was replaced with no mess or fuss at a reasonable cost. Friendly and informative heating engineer, will be my default plumbers now.
