Uncover the benefits of NLP
NLP, Neuro Linguistic Programming is a change in mindset which leads to a tool box of techniques that are available to help people make changes in their lives. NLP is modelling the success of others and applying to self.
So how can we use NLP and what are the benefits?
Negative emotions linger in our neurology and can cause issues with our health. Our Unconscious Mind represses negative emotions in our mind and body. When a person resolves negative emotions the body and mind can become healthy and can also clear positive pathways in our neural networks.
Imagine if you could change you life right now. What would you do and what would your dreams be? Perhaps you just don’t know how to get there?
We can resolve anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt, shame, blame, anxiety, stress, depression...the list goes on.
How beneficial is this? Once all of the negative emotions have gone a person can be unrecognisable, free to do whatever they like. Sounds good doesn’t it?
We then write goals with the person to focus on positive outcomes and the dreams they want to achieve. This is normal goal writing with a difference, the difference being that when we have written the goal we then place it in the future with Time Line Therapy TM techniques to make sure a person is focusing on the right outcome.
I have worked with clients that have overcome presenting and social phobias with massive benefits. These people are able to do things they have never done before. I have also worked with clients who have suffered significant trauma for many years and it’s such a joy to see them change in front of my eyes.
