Day 5's top tip from Mortons Personal Fitness Club in Rushden

This is 5 tips in 1, and is for people who say they can't find the time!

1.  Get yourself organised - you can't get things done if you are in a muddle.
2.  Deal with difficult tasks NOW - problems won't go away, but will get worse if not dealt with.
3.  Ban interruptions.
4.  Become a 'clutter buster' - clear desk, clear mind.
5.  Do one thing at a time (and do it well) - finish one task before you start another.
