Introduction
So far I have a 20 year successful career as Trainer, Coach, Mentor and all round cheerleader for my clients. I believe success is just outside your comfort zone and challenge my own and my clients as often as I can. I am know as the ripple affect, drop a pebble of change and success into the river and watch how quickly the opportunities come flooding in.
I love what I do:) Recently said to a colleague after another running another fanastic workshop 'If this is work....I have died and gone to heaven'.
Married 39 years to a wonderful, inspiring, supportive , handsome man name John. We have one beautiful, intelligent and funny daughter Jessica. Jessica is married to caring, charming, hardworking, handsome young man Andy. I have two very handsome and smart grandsons Jacob and Isaac.

I am one of six children...middle child. Each of my brothers and sisters are 'Stars' in their field.
