It was a situation where I knew what I wanted but couldn't find. There were units out there but not only was I going to have to make compromises but they also came at a price, and 3 month delivery times.
I stumbled across Furniture Nation by chance online and saw what I wanted, but as usual far too small. Then I noticed they did bespoke sizes.
I made an email enquiry and was stunned when I got a reply within half an hour with confirmation that they could accommodate what I wanted. One or two emails later, along with a number of requests that would have been out of the question elsewhere were given along with detailed drawings. I was then given a price that was way beyond my expectations. I was unable to go to their workshop as it was 90+ miles away but felt confident with the communication I had received and with that I ordered the unit. The whole process from enquiry to ordering was less than two hours.
The unit arrived today. Beyond delighted. I have no hesitation in recommending the sales and the workmanship at Furniture Nation. I will no doubt be back in the future.

Had custom made desk and wardrobe fitted by Furniture Nation. It is well built and fits perfectly into the small confines of the room, something that we have never been able to do in the past with shop bought ready made furniture. This was made 100% to my individual requirements and I am thrilled to bits with what they have been able to achieve. Fitters were very professional and left no mess at all. Good value for money and would recommend to anyone.

Spoke to a very helpful man (Tony I think) when I ordered my furniture- sorted everything out including Sunday delivery, 2 man delivery and assembly; arrived within stated time period and Sunday delivery. The 2 delivery men (Nick and John) were brilliant particularly considering they carried 1 bookcase, two 3 foot and one 5 foot dressers up stairs which are not the easiest in the world. The furniture is beautiful- well made and well finished. I would recommend anyone to buy furniture from here- very good quality, good value for money and very good customer service.

Excellent quality and customer service
I found Furniture Nation on eBay and travelled 2 hours to their showroom before ordering a new kitchen with them to make sure I was happy with the quality of their cabinets. I had a great experience from the beginning to end. Before my visit , Adam was very responsive to all my emails and phone calls and very helpful. On my visit there I had a consultation of over one hour to discuss everything I needed and more. Tony was extremely patient and accommodating. Having his advice it was much easier to make some more functional decisions. He gave me a quote and a time estimate. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and they really do stick to their time frame. No unpleasant surprises of any kind. We had communication whenever necessary throughout the building process and when the kitchen arrived it was just lovely. I love it so much! The joiner who is fitting it commented that”you can really see it is a well made, good quality kitchen”. I would highly recommend Furniture Nation for their stunning quality and excellence customer service. Overall a very good experience. Thank you very much Tony and Adam!
