Better then main dealer and excellent service. I have a C63 W204 and experienced a leak from the middle of the car. The team at ACMS diagnosed the issue straight away and provided me with the best repair method. I also left the vehicle with them to do some further maintenance work due to the age and mileage and they where both extremely knowledgeable in what needed replacing and fairly priced. I will most definitely be using them in the future as I plan on keeping this vehicle and would recommend their services to anybody that needs work doing on their Mercedes-Benz. On a last point the reception staff keep you up to date whilst the vehicle is with them and very friendly.

I was very impressed with ACMS, from my initial contact with their friendly efficient communications to booking the car in, ACMS being located just 5min walk from Walsall station at the bottom of the road, being updating of any possible extras which were fitted at no extra labour charge, the comprehensive paper and online service logs, through to collecting the car and explanation of the work. I was impressed by the knowledge from the lady at reception and her courtesy throughout - So pleased I’ve found a good independent Benz specialist, reasonably priced. I’d be happy to recommend them.

If you have a merc and need a top team to keep it on the road, ACMS in Walsall is definitely worth a shout. They sorted the suspension on my E Class at very reasonable cost when other so called specialists couldn’t even find the fault. Top marks to ACMS and thanks 👍
