Due to a long and drawn out illness my Mother had chance to plan her own funeral and she chose Dean Harper Funeral Directors for when the time came.<br>As I live outside Walsall I wasn't familiar with Dean and his team, but from the moment Mom passed away everything was arranged by Dean and his team, and all of Mom's wishes were catered for.<br>On the day of the funeral we were totally taken aback by the dignity and respect that all Dean's team showed to not only Mom, but all our family, and the day couldn't have run any smoother. I would like to thank Dean, but especially Carrie and Anna for their kindness and support during this most difficult time.

Flawless job of my Tesla MOT.<br><br>Fitch Autos took a long look at all of the things that make other garages suck and sprinted in the opposite direction.<br><br>With Fitch Autos there are courtesy cars available, communication is effective and reassuring, booking is easy, the waiting room is warm, pleasant, has games and free drinks. They tell you exactly how long things will take and actually deliver on that commitment.<br><br>They have 4 front desk receptionists who are friendly and always available.<br><br>You can tell that when they ask you to fill out a survey they care and they implement to make the best possible customer experience.<br><br>I seriously never thought I'd find a garage this hot on end to end customer experience within an industry which, let's face it, none of us enjoy spending our money on.<br><br>Thank you Fitch Autos, I wouldn't go anywhere else now.
