Amazing service, took all of the stress out of needing a new tyre and being stuck at work!! Came to collect my tyre from my car to repair it, tyre was unrepairable. James and Jenny ordered a new tyre, came back to my car to where it was stuck to replace it for me. All within the same day. Very good service and very kind. 100% recommend and will 100% use again (as I already have)! Thank you so much x

I visited Aldridge Fireplaces showroom a few times. There are lots of different fires and fireplaces to choose from and the staff are so lovely and helpful! They also specialise in complete media wall installations and there are some media walls to look at in the showroom. Definitely worth a visit 👌🏼

The lovely people at T R Music have made the process of buying a sound system so easy and stress-free. Some friends and I needed equipment for doing small-scale gigs and weren’t really sure where or how to start sifting through the hundreds of options online. When we contacted James at T R Music, he took the time to listen to what type of events we were doing and was able to advise us on what we needed to make it happen. He drew up some options based on different price points, including essentials and optional extras that might be useful, and helped us understand the pros and cons of each option leading us to feel really confident that what we bought was exactly what we wanted. The delivery was completely seamless and super speedy and when we tried the equipment out it was everything we wanted and more. We are so happy with it all and the quality of everything is incredible. The team at T R Music went above and beyond, supporting throughout the whole process, meeting our (many!) particular needs and offering assistance for any questions about set up too, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks so much for all your hard work TR Music, you are all great!

Reached out to Louis for help getting into shape, 12 weeks later wow what a difference I can see and feel in myself.
Originally wanted to lose more body fat but restricted for time in the gym we took a slightly different approach..
We ended up focusing more on building strength and we certainly achieved that with a big increase in muscle mass going from 86.1KG to 91.6 by week 8 of 12.
Not only is Louis very knowledgeable on every aspect of getting into shape he’s a real down to earth man who you can talk to about anything, 2 kinds of therapy in one session!

A big thank you to Lydia, sports therapist at Crestacre clinic.
Great empathy and humour, but more importantly taking the time to fully understand the pain I was suffering and getting right to the cause.
I'm not out of the woods yet, but having someone with the specific diagnostic knowledge, to analyse and deal with the causes of my pain and use the appropriate techniques, has really helped me to deal with a long-standing problem.
Lydia has a long and beneficial career in front of her!
