What can I say — James Prices Garage has been absolutely outstanding. Their service was fantastic from start to finish: no rip-off costs, no excuses, no unexpected surprises. Just honest work and the best price possible.
I took my Jaguar XF with a blocked DPF, and while many garages overcharge and take advantage of situations like this by adding additional service costs - James Price Garage did the complete opposite. I dropped the car off at 2:00pm and it was ready for collection the very same day.
A special thank you to Chloe and Emma at the front desk, who were incredibly helpful, friendly, and reassuring throughout. And John, my mechanic, was open, honest, and took the time to explain exactly what he had done, along with practical advice to help prevent future DPF issues.
I am genuinely grateful to have finally found a garage that truly cares, provides fair and realistic pricing, and understands the pressures of the current economic climate. Their integrity and customer-first approach is second to none.
If you have DPF issues or any other car issues - I cannot recommend them highly enough! Thank you for delivering a best-in-class service from a very happy customer!

First time using this garage after my EV started having problems. I struggled to find somewhere that works on EVs, but they were really helpful from the start and got me booked in quickly.
The team were friendly and kept me updated throughout. They also dealt with my RAC warranty and clearly explained what was and wasn’t covered before doing any work.
When I collected the car, James took the time to explain everything he’d found and answered all my questions. Great communication and customer service – I’d definitely recommend them. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
