We're very happy with our new kitchen window. The team arrived in the time slot we were given and they were friendly and tidy when doing the job.<br>Our opening window dropped a little and started to catch on the bottom. I called the team and they came out to look. On inspection they decided to call a team fitter back out to us. However there was a considerable delay and only when I rang them weeks later did someone come out. Unfortunately this again was delayed as they were meant to come out on the Friday but got stuck on a job resulting in me calling the office again to only be told he'll now come on Monday.<br>My brother has used the same company and had a brilliant experience even with them needing to come out again.<br>The window is great and we are likely to use the same company again when we plan to change our other windows.

Absolutely fantastic value and service. All windows replaced, with one converted into french doors, back door and a composite front door also installed. Mess kept to a minimum, installers were pleasant and helpful, and excellent job all round would highly recommend PVCu Direct. NO hard sell, or pushy pushy salesmen like some companies when they come to measure up or when ordering. Overall excellent service

PVCu fitted my doors and triple glazed windows a couple of years ago and it was such a great investment. Small increase in cost for the triple glaze but definitely noticeable on the energy bill. High recommend Nick for honesty and reliability. The fitters were great, friendly and very clean and tidy. Local companies like this deserve our support.
