Called Cedric to look at my front door as was unable to lock it from the outside.
He arrived within 15 minutes of me calling him, he was so friendly and polite and explained everything that was wrong with the lock. Locks were changed and he even sorted out the handle which was playing up. Would highly recommend Cedric and will definitely be using again when needed.
