A friend told me about this gem of a café. So today I chose to take my mother for her 91st birthday.<br>It was perfect. My mom thoroughly enjoyed the 1940s décor bringing back remembers of her youth.<br>The staff, Debbie and Mel, were a delight and made my mom feel extremely special. I can’t thank them enough for a lovely afternoon.<br>I’m looking for to visiting again, knowing there are exciting plans ahead, for what is already a charming place.<br><br>Thank you very much, Julie.

Whether you go in the day or on Friday evening. The vintage atmosphere and the service are exceptional. The food is very good and well presented, with excellent selection of drinks, alcoholic and non alcoholic. All the staff are friendly and extremely welcoming, especially Debbie the owner, who is full of personality and cannot do enough to make experience here special, for young and old alike.

Popular place so book ahead. You need to book if you want afternoon tea. Hot and cold food served. Place stays open into the evening on Fridays.<br>Parking outside but it can get busy so your may need to park slightly further away.<br>Staff are friendly and welcoming and you'll want to come back. It's a place where anyone with interest in the 40s and 50s will remenisce. Will really help those with dementia to feel relaxed.

Lovely tea room took my mom and dad they loved looking at the memorabilla from the 1940s. The staff was lovely very attentive to our needs... we had afternoon tea for two and a gentlemans afternoon tea. Fab price. Sandwiches were lovely and fresh very tasty.<br>We cant fault this tearoom. Thank you ladies for a lovely afternoon.
