We popped in to see the office on Windmill Hill and it was a great experience from the first conversation. Harvey was very helpful, knowledgeable and gave us a couple of samples to take away. we were replacing old parquet flooring with new laminate. He came and measured for us a couple of weeks later and again was a pleasure to talk to. The best thing was no pushy sales patter and didn't try to oversell. He even suggested leaving a small section of the parquet in the porch and gave us advice on to restore it. The quote was very competitive so we decided to go ahead. When we went in to order, Harvey's brother (sorry I didn't get a name!) was just as pleasant and knowledgeable and helped us complete the order with no fuss. Our builder is just fitting the flooring now and it looks great. Overall a professional, quality experience and will definitely use them again!

Outstanding service from start to finish!<br>Friendly staff in store who helped us choose our floor with all the information we needed. Harvey was excellent, came to measure and show us samples in our home to see what the floor will look like. Floor fitters came on time, friendly and polite. Highly recommended and extremely pleased!!
