Such fabulous service. Shop is small but has so many examples of flooring! I was quite overwhelmed but Harvey was able to work out exactly what I needed and give me a shortlist of items that satisfied all my requirements. Once I'd picked them we agreed a delivery and fitting date. I was kept up to date throughout, dates and prices were all stuck to. Fitting is to an excellent standard. I have an old house with no straight edges and lots of oddities, all of which were worked round with no complaint. Delighted with my experience from start to finish!
