Great Service!! When I visited the shop, Harvey was very helpful in explaining the different types of woods/styles/colours that were available and what would be best to go for. During covid, Harvey kept me in the loop over email and answered any questions I had before and after I purchased. The floor was fitted yesterday and it looks great. Thanks again.

Waited a long time for the flooring I wanted to become available but as soon as it was Harvey was very helpful and the order arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the underlay wasn't delivered due to a stock issue but again Harvey took time out to contact me and processed a refund very quickly. The flooring is lovely, good quality and I can't wait to get it laid!
