After being in heavy traffic and torrential downpours, I arrived a anxiety ridden lady but John were welcoming even in this covid 19 era.
He gave me as much time as I needed to compose myself, as the photographs tipped me over the edge, and I were very emotional.
Our Golden Retriever Cassie came in with me and she just took it in her stride.
Cassie and I won 1 Photograph and after checking with my partner who couldn't attend by phone what type of picture a closeup, water, stick or field ,finally a decision were made.
At the photoshoot John were so attentive to us and Cassie were in no pressure to perform if he couldn't get his shot hed try another method or instruct us where to stand or as we did say 'Biscuit' to encourage a ear or look pose it were all about making it a great experience for everyone.
Highly recommended, but take your wallet/ purse as you wont just want one.
I must stress John did not put me under any pressure to buy any additional photographs only if I wanted to which I did.

We were lucky enough to win a photo shoot with John for our Labrador Freya. My husband said he really enjoyed the shoot and had lots of great fun with Freya. We went to view the photos and they were absolutely stunning really capturing the essence of Freya and what she enjoys doing (swimming and tennis balls!!) We got some amazing regal shots and some lovely playful ones. Absolutely no pressure from John to buy and we came away very happy with our choices. Thank you John 🙂

We recently hired John for some photos of our Jack Russell “Rosie” and I have to say the experience was really enjoyable.
Rosie was quite a character on the day and really didn’t want to join in all the same we ended up with some amazing pictures which will be memories forever.
What I liked the most was how he was able to involve us both in the process to get the best results.

Thanks to John we got some fantastic photos of our golden retriever, Stanley. We took him to the park and John, who had lots of patience, managed to capture the perfect moments. We got a collection of stills and moving shots that all looked brilliant and it was hard to choose which one was our favourite! We would definitely recommend John!

First I must apologise for not writing this review at the time John photographed my Chocolate Labrador, and got reminded having a recent visitor to my house, who commented on my beautiful photos of Doris. She is a normal family dog and my soulmate, but the photos taken portray her as the wonderful, slightly mature pet she is, showing her true character. I have recently won a photo session with John Cooper Pet Photography. We have booked a date and met John in Sutton Park. From the beginning until the end it was a great experience, John was professional and patient. Soon after the session we were able to vie the photos in his studio. The pictures of our black labrador were just stunning, it was impossible to choose our favourite:-).
