Genuinely impressed.
I came here on a day pass as I’m travelling to work. I go to a gym in south London for £32 a month, and I felt simply gym outshined it in most ways.
It’s really spacious, doesn’t feel cramped, equipment has a good range, especially the machines. More than enough cardio, free weight area was impressively large, usually I find this is the most congested area.
More than enough cable machines, with different variations.
I couldn’t fault it, enjoyed the opportunity to workout in just a straight up gym

I am so happy I rejoined again, the entire team are so lovely and welcoming, always up for a chat and to motivate you when your feeling demotivated.
The staff are always active, keeping the place clean at all times, answering any questions you may have.
The members are just as much the highlight as the team, everyone is so friendly, welcoming and real family like atmosphere, everyone helps one and other, and its a very respectful and just nice place to come and train

As a carer, I can honestly say PULSE Disco is the highlight of the week. The music, the atmosphere, and the smiles say it all. It’s a safe, welcoming space where everyone can relax, dance, and just be themselves. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish – we can’t wait for the next one!
