Had my sons exclusive party here 2023 and my daughters 3rd yesterday (jan 2026) Kerry & Bonnie were absolutely amazing! All the guests said they were polite and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed and very welcoming! Our favourite soft play! The ladies were extremely helpful and made my day less stressful. Thankyou little hooligans! ❤️

Would highly recommend Franklin's. Good comms, good price, good service. From initial enquiry to final delivery in France the communication and ease of service has been without fault. Price was very competitive and their ease of and personal communication was the deciding factor for me. Their work with their customs agent made a potentially awkward situation easy going. The driving/removals crew were professional friendly and had a can do approach. From pick up to delivery was seamless.

Franklins Removals has been very professional to organize a removal from France to UK for a French Student.
They were very reactive, very clear in the communication (not that easy as we are in France), ready to take only 2m² and with a fair price.
Nothing was damaged and the schedule was perfectly respected (with reliable information).

Super helpful service! Great customer service throughout the preparation phase helping us plan our move from the NL to the UK, thanks Bev! The movers showed up on time, we very polite and professional! They took great care of our belongings, which we stored at their facilities for 2 weeks before delivering everything in a flash! Highly recommend!!

Phenomenal service and I’m not kidding!
Firstly a huge thank you to Bev in the office who must have been sick to death of hearing from me with date changes, location changes, it was very stressful. However Bev was cool as a cucumber and just kept finding solutions.
When we finally got a date it was faster than a greyhound out of the gate racing for the hare! I mean literally five days and it was all systems go.
The lads, LEWIS, MICHAEL, ZAC, JAMIE F, KEIRAN and JAMIE G were the best.
They arrived at 8am, raring to go, polite, professional and incredibly understanding about my horrendous neighbour next door who would complain about anything!
They reassured me and got stuck in, NOTHING I mean NOTHiNG was too much trouble for these lads.
We, I say we, they realised we were going to need reinforcements and another lorry, the boxes just kept coming, literally.
Again, not an issue and if by magic, another lorry and another two lads.
These lads all grafted from
8am until 7.45pm when we finally unloaded the last box.
We made sure we fed and watered the team, they didn’t expect it but it was our absolute pleasure to provide breakfast and tea for these lads.
We were recommended to Franklins and we WILL be doing the same! We went with them also because they are FAMILY owned and it clearly shows!
