Always a pleasure to work with Top Marques for our business and home insurance needs. They’re easy to deal with and I’m able to deal with most things by email rather than a lengthy wait in a queue and unnecessarily long phone call for every little thing that some other companies insist on. If I do need to speak to them though, I get straight through to a human and they helpfully talk through my needs and get everything sorted easily. Was nervous leaving my girl to get groomed after a prior experience with a different groomer, but the girls were so accommodating to my luna and looked after her so well, they groomed her exsactly how I asked and she looked and smelled lovely after!

Tom and the team from the start were very professional and friendly, prior to our quotation he thoroughly assessed the damage to our roof and chimneys and gave us clear and detailed information about our options that was followed up with a written quotation. The team arrived on time each day & completed the repairs, cleaned up as they went along and left no mess. The final cost was exactly as quoted, We are extremely happy with the work carried out and highly recommend Tom's services to anyone in need of roof repairs. 👍
