As I frequently stay in the Midlands I often visit this casino partly because it is close to the Holiday Inn Express and partly because it generally has a good atmosphere. The bar and restaurant offer excellent value and the staff are always pleasant and helpful.
There is no pressure to gamble. Even if you are not gambling it is worth signing up for their (free) loyalty card as even drinks, snacks and meals qualify for loyalty points.
The large free car park is an added bonus.

What can I say.... Thought I'd pop in for a couple of free sandwiches and ended up on the table!!!
Not a place for someone who earns just around £300 a week and has kids to feed!!! Is my first time and sorry to say itl b my last (can't afford it!) but can still say it's a nice place for people who don't know what to do with there hard earnt cash (depending on how they've earnt it!!) will most likly enjoy the nite.... Was amazed to see so many players suited n booted like they were going to a wedding/funeral but I guess that's the company's dress code (I daint look bad either)

We always end up going in here when the free buffet is on but we don't order that-the food and service is great in here and I would never have expected that from a casino!

I went here and had a great night out played poker and other games dident win thou but it was a enjoyable night the food is great to and you get free drinks when your playing the tables or poker or the slots. Would I return yes I would. 8/10

Visited numerous times in the past year, probably not for the better but:
Food is excellent in the restaurant and snacks are just as good. Service can at times be slow but it's quite a large place so it's understandable. Atmosphere is mostly very good unfortunately though you can't choose your customers and as such sometimes it feels like a slightly hostile environment.
Staff are on the whole very polite and pleasant, in a year haven't felt like I've ever been spoken to any differently.
Prices aren't actually too bad, although we all know that's not where the money is ;)

My wife and I enjoy going to the grosvenor casino.
You don't need to be loaded to play but it is nice if you can double your money however it's also a fun way to lose as well!!
The food is great and so is the atmosphere. The croupiers are also helpful.
We try and go every couple of months.

A big thank you to Emma in the restaurant, you made our 25th wedding anniversary special!!! We had a lovely meal and a few drinks, won on the roulette that paid for the whole night.

Although I love to play poker, I had not stepped foot into a casino, until last night. After the fright of my photo being taken to sign up, I went straight to the bar :)
It was a very friendly place (no hesitation to explain how the games work - so don't be afraid if you've never been). I had a really good night with the people there. I will definitely be returning.
