Rob cleaned and restrung my old guitar and did an absolutely fantastic, professional job. I couldn't be any more impressed. He was also incredibly kind and helpful throughout, taking the time to help me explore new accessories and offer thoughtful recommendations. Really appreciated the top-quality service.
