Tom gave us a clear idea of what work was needed with alternative options. All of the workers were polite, professional and hardworking. Premises were left clean and tidy with all rubbish removed. There was good communication about when work would be carried out and work was completed as and when promised.

Would definitely recommend the services of T.Smith Roofing & Renovations. Called them out to look at a leaking roof and Tom came out to assess the work and give a price. He arranged for his team to come and do the work which they carried out with care and pride in their work. They arrived on time, worked hard and did a fantastic job with all rubbish removed and taken away. Photographs were taken of work done and Tom checked up that everything had been sorted to our satisfaction. So grateful to get such prompt attention to the leak in a week of such wet weather!

Absolutely looove my park. Trust me, I see the effort, cleaning, gardening that goes into keeping this park looking amazing for us. The paths and walk ways are so tidy. And the stream must take hours and hours to keep it flowing. Removing all the muck and debri.

Delighted with new garden fence!<br>Boss Chris great with communication, quoted competitive price same day and easy to book. A genuine young man, empathetic, offered sound advice and even took time to speak to vulnerable neighbour to reassure him of job. Chris cares about his customers which makes all the difference.<br>Nick and Scott completed the job. Both worked hard conscientiously. Nick was superb, a true grafter, removing roots, laying fences and removing the rubbish. Scott did an excellent job on the brick wall.<br>Have no hesitation in recommending CS Fencing and Driveways.
