Cedrick arrived promptly and was very professional throughout the visit. He quickly diagnosed that the gearbox in my garden door had broken and replaced it efficiently. The service was friendly and he clearly knew what he was doing, which gave me confidence in the repair. The total cost was £290 to replace the gearbox, which is a bit on the expensive side, but his experience and the quality of the work made it worthwhile overall.

Andy came out this morning to deal with a blocked drain and the service was excellent from start to finish. He arrived quickly, was extremely courteous, and carried out the work with no disruption at all.
Andy was absolutely lovely, explained everything clearly, and resolved the issue very efficiently. He was professional, kind, and made the whole experience stress-free. He’s a real credit to the team at Drain Doctor.
