Took my daughter for a helix piercing last week and had the most professional and friendly service from Vicki, the studio is immaculate and she did all she could to make us feel welcome and relaxed...I also had my jewellery changed while I was there! Would recommend to anyone 😀

Today we had the pleasure of meeting Vicki to get our eldest daughter Sophie's ears pierced for the first time.
Sophie was a little nervous but right from walking in Vicki was bubbly and friendly and had Sophie at ease. She spent time talking through her jewellery options to ensure Soph got the right pair (we found out after that she even let Soph have a pair that haven't been released yet! how amazing!)
Vicki talked Soph through the whole process from start to finish, explaining everything she was doing, why and what Soph should expect, I found this wonderful as it really empowered Soph and gave her full responsibility for the decision she'd made whilst still including me. A first piercing is a real rite of passage and I'm thrilled we picked Vicki to give Sophie the wonderful experience.
Vicki even took time to interact with our younger daughter, giving her stick on pearl earrings, which was a lovely touch.
We can't thank you enough for doing such an amazing job, Sophie is thrilled to bits with her ears and thinks you are the bees knees!! 🤩🥰 xx

Totally fantastic service from initial phone call to finish. Vicki is a total professional. She was amazing with my 3 year old daughter who came along to join in the fun and even gave her stick on earrings to be like mummy :-) She put me totally at ease and I knew I was in good hands. Had a wonderful experience with Vicki, she's so friendly and welcoming and was full of fantastic ideas to make a project out of my ears, which I absolutely can't wait to get started! This chicka really knows her stuff, spent time checking the anatomy of my ears to come up with a plan of what would work best for me. Am so happy with the jewellery she picked out for me and I'm really looking forward to working with her over the coming months. Felt like a real luxury experience, nothing like any studio I've been in before and I can't recommend her enough.
