I have been to TR music a handful of times now, for various Guitar issues, queries and questions. Each time, the service has been phenomenal and i cannot praise or thank the staff enough. I've spoken to James and another younger member of staff on a few different occasions, and each time, they've been extremely kind, considerate, patient and helpful.
I'm not one to to go out of my way to write reviews but i felt that these guys deserved an exception.
TR Music was recommended to me by the other guitarist in the band I'm in, and now we're both singing their praises. Hands down the best music shop in my area and definitely worth the visit for any guitar services or gear you need!

Reuben takes the extra time to always explain what he’s doing and why and always puts me at ease. Clive repaired the rear bumper of my Range Rover sport yesterday. He arrived on time as arranged and explained what he was going to do. Throughout the repair he was very professional and his workmanship is excellent. The bumper is like new again.

The two men Stu & Dave i think it was, who came to do the installation were punctual, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They worked efficiently, left everything tidy, and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. Highly recommend!

Made enquiry with them. Andrew visited and asked exactly what we were looking for and once we explained he measured, showed us what was available and left us to have a think. No pressure whatsoever. He sent an e mail quote, which we accepted and within a couple of weeks, it was ordered, delivered and fitted perfectly. Highly recommend them.
