Top marks for this guy & his products. Very welcoming, lovely clean shop that sells traditional and contemporary sweets but also makes these handmade gift wrapped hampers, bags and tubs of sweets that are always a show stopper at kids parties 🥳
The child giving the gift feels great and the child receiving the gift is so happy (I'm sure adults would feel the same) they're reasonably priced and start from £1.50 so there's something for all budgets & occasions. Lots of choice with different price ranges to suit everyone, whether you are treating yourself or buying the sweets as a gift. All the sweets we remember from our childhoods are here! Cheap pick n mix sweets too. A lovely traditional sweet shop and well worth a visit!

The Sweet Shop is a fantastic traditional spot that takes you right back to the good old days! It’s got an amazing selection of sweets and confectionery pretty much everything you could want, from nostalgic classics to unique treats modern & traditional you don’t see elsewhere.
What makes the experience even better is the owner, Mark. He’s genuinely one of the friendliest and most helpful shop owners I’ve come across. We had a great chat, and it’s clear he knows his stuff & very passionate about what he does.
