I booked J.A.B.S for my wife's 40th birthday party, it was meant to be a surprise on the 23rd of May 2020, but due to the Corona Virus, we have had to cancel, we had booked a dj and photo booth, when we contacted J.A.B.S events to cancel, they informed us that they would give us 12 months to rebook another event with them, so if we wanted to rebook my wife's party or even move it to my sons 18th we could do that, all of our other suppliers haven't given us this option, they have just charged us the full amount and said that its not their fault that the event has been cancelled, whereas J.A.B.S have been very understanding and worked with us as to assure that we are still able to book something with them in the future, this is the best service I have received, and I will be rebooting something with them in the future, I cannot tell you how much they have worked with is to help us make sure that we stay as customers, we have sent appropriately 40 emails and 6 or 7 phones calls and not once have they been unhelpful, every time we have contacted them they have answered and helped us move forward.

we have booked J.A.B.S for our wedding that was meant to be in July 2020, due to the current Covid19 pandemic we have had to change our date to April 2021, due to this we have had to contact all of our suppliers and move the date, 80% of our suppliers have charged us an moving fee, some of which have been over £500, but J.A.B.S haven't charged us anything, they have been very understanding and moved our date free of charge, they have also given us a further 12 months on the booking so if we do need to move the date back further then we can do.
none of our other suppliers have done this, they have said if we need to move the date that we will be charged again, even our venue have charged us over £1000 to move the date.
J.A.B.S have been amazing through this whole process, thank you so much for helping us in these uncertain times.

This is a very hard time for the entertainment business and jamie has been one of the easiest to deal with in regards to moving the booking for our wedding due to the virus he's been extremely helpful and polite about this we've dealt with other companies who have taken advantage charging us etc not a single problem has come from jamie when we asked him if we could move the booking to next year top lad very professional 👍

We can’t thank you enough for the fabulous first dance remix you put together for our wedding. I danced all night and our guests said it was the best wedding reception music they ever heard. Never seen love letters like these. They are just beautiful. Had them for my wedding. I'd looked at quite a few but these were definitely the best. We also had a dj and photobooth. The lady running the photobooth Abigail was fantastic and the dj Pam had us all dancing, singing along and laughing all night.

Thank you so much for being a part of our big day! a huge thank you to Jamie, Abigail, Chris and Evie. Not only did you create a seriously awesome dance party, but you were basically the operations managers for our reception, and we don’t know how we would have done it without you. Bottom line, you’re great and deserve all the thanks that can be given.
