Booked New yr eve party, with a meal. Thought the staff were very nice people, very helpful. Had booked a meal, which was very good, excellent price. The only problem was the table we had was next to the rear entrance, where people were going out to smoke, with the door opening all the time. We were really cold, and asked to be moved. Which we were eventually, the highlight of the night was the The mo-sound sisters, were absolutely brilliant and made the night,
The only thing that spoiled the night, when I made reservations. I asked what the dress code was, this was new yrs eve. I was told it was smart casual, with no trainers and no football shirts. There were people in there with clothes and trainers, that you would not go to work in. Surely for one night, when lots of people get dressed up for the occasion, you think the casino could follow the dress code. It helps to make for a good night.

Its always a pleasure to be able to visit Grosvenor Casino Walsall - the level of service received from all the staff is always impeccable!!
Front of House and Reception staff are always very welcoming, highly trained bar staff will help recommend wines and refreshments, the Croupiers are always on hand to teach you how to play the latest games but for us the Restaurant has to be the best part of our visit.
A very clean, relaxed, friendly environment that never fails to deliver incredible food on every visit. The high level of service is without doubt the best for miles around with friendly, professional staff. We normally find Emma to be our waitress who always makes our visit memorable.

Went to end a good day out. Really enjoyable. As we were all new to a Casino and we were given a lesson in playing 21. You could get certainly get addicted to gambling so play it responsibly. You get free coffee and soft drinks when playing the tables and slot machines but you can buy drinks from the bar and there's also a restaurant. I will be visiting again

Ideal night out venue, Saturday's as live entertainment to go with great food and if ur careful a little gambling. Good selection of food choices, friendly and cheerful staff serving meals and drinks. The staff are also helpful with showing out the lay out and how the tables work.

This casino is very modern, there are plenty of games going on and it has a good location.
There are many different games such as roulette, 3 card and 21
Also many different gambling machines to play on, the bar is good and the staff are friendly.
CCTV and microphones on each table so if any mistakes are made, maybe the dealer didn't hear you or a misunderstanding took place then staff can review the situation and correct it which is such a benefit.
If you are going to a casino I would highly recommend this one.

This is the second time I've eaten here. The food is tasty and good value for money. Staff are friendly and I'd recommend booking on a Saturday night. There can also be a tribute act singing in the background on a Saturday evening. Not fine dining, but decent wholesome food at a good price.
