I hired out the venue for my son’s 5th birthday party and it was 100% worth it. Massive shout out to Bev and Kerry who went absolutely above and beyond from start to finish, the customer service from both of them was impeccable. They helped decorate, serve and was all round friendly and so so helpful. I will definitely be having another party for my kids and will be requesting both of them especially to host again. They made the party really special and couldn’t have done it without their help! Thank you both again so much. Recognition where it’s deserved :)

This is my favourite place to take my 2 and 4 year old!
I think the mid week offers are fantastic especially the morning ones with messy play etc! And to have a meal included for the kids is fab! The food is amazing as well which is a bonus!
The staff are always nice and helpful and so good with the kids!
And yes you have to buy socks but they are reusable up to 10 times! But for health and safety it's worth it when other venues don't provide this protection for yourselves and there equipment!

I had my daughter's 6th birthday party here. It was well organised and staff were very quick to react to any requests or issues. It is a well-run team. I would like to personally thank Chloe, who looked after us with 18 kids and their parents. She took everything in her stride and made the event run smoothly. All the staff were great to be honest. The venue is clean and safe. Thank you all for making my daughter's party extra special. We were using this venue for the first time; we certainly will be back here again!

Went to Little Hooligans as other venue we’d planned to visit was unexpectedly closed.
Definitely a good thing. Place was clean, young lady was tidying tables, another lady taking food/drink orders was very pleasant and helpful even though she was run ragged. Definitely another member of staff needed along with the 3 I saw. It was half term and naturally busy.
I don’t live in the area so relied on google maps directions to arrive by car, this was not helpful though as you cannot park at the venue, we eventually figured out we had to park at the local Asda where no lifts were working.

We booked Little Hooligans for my sons 6th Birthday at 6:30pm on Saturday 17th Jan. We had the whole venue, all we had to do was provide food and take the rubbish home. Bonnie and Bev couldn't have been anymore helpful. They set up everything for us, helped with putting our food out, did all the announcements for food/cake and put some music on. For a socially awkward Mum this was heaven! We bought our own bin bags and they collected all the rubbish for us. They have a couple of trolleys for us to take stuff into/out the venue in the lift. Basically all we had to do was turn up 😂 Bonnie even cut the cake and portioned it up for us!
The venue was clean (as usual-we've been a few times), the space is great and all the kids enjoyed the party. Bonnie and Bev are stars and a credit to Little Hooligans. Would 100% recommend, 10/10. Thanks again!

We recently hosted a community Eid party at Little Hooligans and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The venue itself is bright, welcoming, and — most importantly — immaculately clean. Compared to other soft play centres, you can really tell they take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and creating a safe, fun environment for both kids and parents.
The party rooms were spacious, spotless, and perfect for our event. The manager was absolutely amazing, and every single member of staff was helpful, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. They really went the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly.
We’ll definitely be using Little Hooligans again for future events. A huge thank you to the entire team for helping make our Eid celebration so special!

Had a party for my daughter here today and i couldnt have asked for anything better. The staff were so attentive and nothing was too much trouble.
The venue is spotlessly clean and the facilities are excellent. Its spacious light and airy and you don't get that stale nasty smell that you get at soft play centres.
The food was all cooked fresh despite our party size being 20+ everything was perfectly cooked and piping hot. They have a great range of hot drinks and cakes for adults too.
We had a photographer as part of our party package and they really took the time to set the photos to ensure that they look good and there were lots of little extra touches to ensure the pictures look really special and well done.
I cant thank the staff enough for all the hard work they put in to making my daughters birthday extra special i wouldnt even consider using a different soft play centre in the future.

Eways are so good at what they do. They bring passion, entertainment and love into what they do. They made our occasion such a fun and pleasurable one.
