We recently hired Jabs Event Hire for a surprise 40th birthday party and honestly, everything was absolutely fabulous from start to finish!
We booked the DJ and karaoke, and it could not have gone any better. The DJ was brilliant — reading the room perfectly, keeping the energy high, and making sure the birthday surprise went off without a hitch. Once the karaoke kicked off, the atmosphere went to another level! It had everyone up singing, laughing, and properly celebrating all night long.
The setup looked great, the sound quality was spot on, and everything ran so smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble, and the whole experience felt professional but also relaxed and fun — exactly what you want for a big 40th celebration.
The birthday star was completely overwhelmed (in the best way!), and our guests are still talking about what an amazing night it was.
If you’re planning a party and want it to be stress-free, high energy, and unforgettable, we couldn’t recommend Jabs Event Hire enough. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish!

We attended our friends wedding on the 8th of december and you guys were there with a dancefloor and a dj and a memory phone call thingie(not sure what its actually called). The dancefloor was amazing, and so was the dj was great he played a lot of our requests and managed to squeeze them all in. Your staff were so welcoming and helpful. We left a message on the voicemail on the phone and we thought it was great and have never saw anything like that before. We will be getting married in 2028 and will deffinatley be booking you guys for whatever we have

I attended a christmas party at Moor Hall and the night was amazing from start to finish. We walked in and had drinks, then the dj invited us into the room, background music while we was eating and wasnt to loud. When the night started well it was great started off with some 90s dance which got everyone to straight away and they kept the night bouncing from start to finish. Not only that but there was also casino tables there which were so fun. We will deffinatley be going back there this year for our company party

What a night for Emily Turner’s 18th birthday! The Peaky Blinders theme looked incredible, the DJ kept the dancefloor packed, and the casino tables added a brilliant twist to the party. Fantastic service for our 25th wedding anniversary! The DJ was spot on and kept everyone dancing, and the casino table added something different that our guests absolutely loved. Had Jabs in for our work Christmas do and it was a cracking night. The DJ was spot on and had the place bouncing all night – not many work parties get everyone up dancing but this one did.
The inflatable photo booth was a right laugh too, everyone was having a go and we’ve got some quality photos from it.
All in all, proper good night. Would definitely book them again.

I attended our works yearly christmas awards on the 17th of December, when we turned up we walked straight into your 360 booth. It was so cool we loved it. Also you guys had a dj there and the tunes he played were really good some new and old and even punjab mc which we all had a blast dancing to. We shall deffinatley be thinking of yiu guys when we book any events for our family. Your staff were so polite and friendly.
