We phoned 1st time fix the very first time during the night and Stephen phoned us back early mornig to ask how he can help.He took action promptly and sent a polite, honest, and trustworthy young man Alex withen five minutes who fixed our boiler problem in no time.We never had such experince like that before ever.If there are more workers like Steve and his co workers like Alex the world would be a better place to live.we can't recomend highly enough 1st time fix.thank you Steve.

Used previously as found recommended via 'which'. Much better than British Gas who I've used for years. Able to send pics over before hand to help identify the possible problem which allowed the plumber to fix on first visit within minutes. Arrived when they said they would and left the area spotless afterwards. Will definitely use again.

This year's review.... Couldn't fault if I tried. Easy to book, turn up when they say they do (unlike my previous experience with British Gas), do the job (without obligatory shaking their head when they see the boiler), leave your home spotless and payment is quick and easy.

I honestly couldn't recommend 1st Time Fix enough! From start to finish, Stephen was extremely understanding & professional & couldn't have helped my Mom more. He'd attended within an hour of me first making contact & within 1 week, a whole new boiler had been ordered & installed. Chris & Stephen cleaned up after themselves & left my Mom's kitchen absolutely spotless!
