I phoned S.P.Taylor with regards to repairing my toilet system,the receptionist was polite and informative,she made me an appointment for the plumber to come out and asses the job.He phoned me before he was due to visit,he was polite and professional and explained what had to be done and that I would receive the quote for the work in the post,which it did ,I accepted the quote and made an appointment for the plumber to call.He phoned before he came to tell me he was on his way.he arrived at the appointed time and carried the work out to a very good standard.I was very pleased with all aspects of the work from receptionist to the plumber.A good solid company who do what they say,an excellent service.

I've been using SP Taylor for 10 years now. Over the years I've used them for bathroom fittings, boiler service, boiler replacement and more recently landlord gas safety checks. Always do a good job, reliable, friendly and professional. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Great service, always kept in touch. The guys that came were great too, nice, easy going, trustworthy. They listened to what we needed and also gave their advice and did a great job! Had a really awkward stop tap, but never moaned and didn't give up. Brilliant! Can't fault them at all. 👍🏼
