Not one for putting up reviews normally, but great service from 1st time fix.
Rang in at around 9am and by 11am two engineers had turned up and fixed my heating issue.
It’s the second time I’ve used this company, very impressed from start to finish.

After the 1st time using Stephen he left a very good impression on us. He arrived exactly on time and was polite, professional, knowledgable and tidy. He answered any questions that we had during the visit in a clear and understandable manner. We are in the process of obtaining a quote for a second job. Stephen is now at the top of our list of trusted tradesmen. Good job!
Update 23/05/24: Stephen attended today to supply and install a radiator and to rework existing pipe work. He was very tidy throughout the work and kept us updated as the job progressed. Upon completion he asked if we were happy with the standard of the install. We were extremely happy with the quality of everything. The standard of the soldered copper pipe work was exceptional. The follow up emails from 1st time fix contained photos of the work he had completed and they were sent very timeously. How refreshing it is to find a good reliable company that arrives perfectly on time and keeps you updated before, during and after the contracted work. Should be able to award 6 stars!
