Wonderful from start to finish! Communication via WhatsApp was brilliant and the engineers who arrived were lovely to talk to and really knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble even when the job list evolved throughout the appointment. Massive thank you to Stephen and Louis/Lewis. It’s also great to see a company taking on young people and giving them a chance to learn and develop! Can’t fault 1st Time Fix. They are heaven sent honestly. The communication is prompt and spot on and their service is astounding.
I had my gas outlets capped, boiler serviced, radiators checked and they even took out my old cooker. All this was done in good speed. What more can you ask for?
