Absolutely wonderful service - incredibly professional, friendly, and understanding (it wasn’t an easy job, the house proved to throw up unexpected problems!). Extra hours were put in to finish the job, and everything has been finished to a high standard.

The team came and fitted a new boiler, after our old system was super inefficient. Their customer service and hard work was amazing, getting the job completed in three days, on time. The quote we was provided was better than other companies, I would highly suggest, great money for quality.

We used 1st Time Fix for the first time 2years ago when they supplied and fitted our new boiler. We have just had our annual service carried out by there Gas Safe Engineer Stephen Ware. He is a very thorough and extremely knowledgeable engineer who is only to happy to offer advice and guidance with any aspect of our central heating system. I would not hesitate to recommend 1st Time Fix. Thank you for your visit today Stephen and for leaving the work area clean and tidy.
