First time visiting and we was not disappointed at all beautiful restaurant friendly pleasant staff we had the three course deal and food was beautiful I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return again soon

Going for the banquet member, this place is an absolute steal. A quiet, refined decor pairs well with the food on offer; the bruschetta I had was plain, but the pasta and creme brulee were both excellent. Good service, fairly fast on time.

Have been here 3 times food is good, staff very friendly , located in a nice place would recommend if you like this sort of food, however my only issue is the price of the drinks, we went for my wife’s birthday with my daughter and having previously only had water went for some alcoholic drinks, my daughter ordered 2 peach type snaps from the menu at £3.95 , they had 2 each which I thought ok around£16 however when the bill came the drinks totalled nearly £32 I asked the waiter why and he got the manager who explained to me that the price for drinks on the drinks menu is not allowing for your mixer? as it was my wife’s birthday I didn’t cause any trouble so we paid, but just a warning the drinks cost nearly as much as the food

I went to Da Vincis with friends from work for my retirement meal. There were 45 of us and the guys did a brilliant job of looking after us, ensuring everyone got the right food and in good time. The food quality was excellent and nicely presented. Well done, Da Vincis!

Great value for money with a Groupon voucher.
Stair lift out of action and there were quite a few people with sticks and crutches that had to climb the stairs.
Polite staff. Food came out efficiently and hot.
If I’d paid the real price I would have been grossly disappointed. I’ve had considerably better Italian food.
Not a place I’d recommend without the Groupon voucher.

We are frequent diners at Da Vinci's and have always received really good service. I think that's why our expereince on Saturday 17th January was very disappointing.
The table was reserved online over a week ago. It was very busy when we arrived and were shown hurriedly to a table which was under the air conditioning, in the walkway, next to the stairs near the toilet. After asking for a different table, we were abruptly told there was no other table available.
Now, the food is always delicious at Da Vinci's and last night was no exception however, the air conditioning unit affected the temperature quality of our food and our expereince overall.
There was a party booking on a table near us. The downside to sitting in the hallway meant the diners attending the party stood very close to our table meeting and greeting. So close, and so prolonged, I was tempted to poke them with my fork and ask them to sit down and join us!
It was clearly a busy night and credit to the staff who worked hard rushing about. But, a busy night affected our table service. We repeatedly had to ask for service. Cutlery on the table was dirty. We were given two dirty glasses (one sticky, one with lipstick around the rim). Two waiters were abrupt. One waitress did not understand a simple drinks order.
Note to self. Avoid busy nights at Da Vinci's in the future.
