From the moment I made the initial call to Richard, regarding a blocked toilet, he was approachable, listened to my concerns, reassured me, and acted swiftly.
Jake, the engineer, arrived promptly. was friendly and professional, quickly assessed the issue and clearly explained the situation. They provided a very clear pricing structure and resolved the problem promptly and efficiently.
Jake was respectful of our home and very customer orientated. It was clear that he genuinely cared about providing quality service and making sure we were completely satisfied. Highly recommend and can’t thank them enough!.

Paul was brilliant, put us at ease in what is a very stressful toilet situation in our rented house. He was cool, calm and collected as he thoroughly checked the drain and did diagnostics. He gave us price options and explained everything in a way we understood. He even spoke with our Letting Agent! We now have a true diagnosis and report to back it up. Had a guy come called Jake from the Burntwood branch. He was such a down to earth friendly guy, very professional. He fixed my issue straight away with my drains.
