Fabulous service from start to end. We called on a Sunday evening and Richard turned up within 30 mins. He diagnosed the problem and secured the leak. He came back on Monday with a new part and repaired the leak.

I called and within 24 hours our issue was fixed. Customer service was excellent and everyone we interacted with was very nice. Only issue was that the person arrived outside of the window we were given. As it was a tight turnaround and our problem was solved this wasn’t a massive issue, but had my husband and I had meetings later in the day this would have been difficult for us to manage.
