Reiss arrived promptly. Very friendly. And dispite getting covered in waste. Was nothing but a pleasure to be around. Identified the problem quickly unblocked the waste pipe. And advised on future works needed.

Noticed a drain blockage issue on the Sunday, used Drain Doctor's website to request assistance and received a call almost immediately to schedule an appointment for the next day.
Kurt came out in the morning and did a brilliant job. Very good workmanship at a very reasonable rate. Kept me informed with everything he was doing and explained a few things I was ignorant of! Learned a lot just listening to him and he dealt with the issue in a very efficient manner.
Can't recommend highly enough.
