The whole experience was very enlightening. First class service. Jake arrived the next day and explained what was happening at every stage. He showed us everything that was obstructing the drain on the screen and then tried to unlock as much of the roots as possible. Unfortunately the drain was damaged so we are having further work as a result. Jake was friendly and very professional.

Came out 7pm tonight, within 20 min of me calling ! We had a huge blockage in the sewage pipe. 2 foot deep of poo blocked (yuk). Very professional service by them to unblock it. Had to open up a old accesssory drain (old victorian house) that had not been opened for at least 40 years...very difficult to open due to rust. Yes it costs a decent amount of money to fix, but it's a one off. And the job is done by an expert. I tried to unblock it with a jet wash. Just managed to pray myself with poo and did nothing to the blockage LOL. There is a reason they have specialised pipes and cleaning power jets. Thank you.

Paul turned up on time. He had to get down and dirty to fix this one. He did without any complaints. He worked hard and sorted us out. He cleared up and washed everthing down. You can always tell a professional by the inside of nhis van. Paul's was immaculate. Well done Drain Doctor!
