I had Richard come out to me to assess an ongoing leak in my bathroom. This leak has been driving me mad for the last two years. I have been fobbed off again and again by so called professional tradesmen from a very well known housing association.
Richard was fantastic and I cannot recommend Drain Doctor Plumbing enough. He was such a polite and helpful gentleman. He clearly is very passionate about his work and knows exactly what hes talking about.
Suddenly, everything started to make sense, after being given one excuse after another from my housing association, everything Richard informed me of started to piece together a puzzle that has been an ongoing concern for the last two years.
I finally have some clarity about my bathroom leak, why is has occurred, the work thats been passed from one so called plumber to another for the last two years and a clear understanding of what needs to be done to rectify, with a detailed breakdown and costing.
I couldn’t recommend Richard and Drain Doctor plumbing enough. Richard is a credit to the company and I will be recommending the company to anyone that needs an honest plumbing service

The service from Drain Doctor was superb. Within an hour of sending them my request, they'd phoned me back to arrange an appointment 24 hrs later. The fact that they quote for the work first and only go ahead once you've agreed the price is great.
The operative turned up on time on the day, was really friendly and kept me informed throughout the whole process, which was completed very efficiently.

Called Drain Doctor when we began experiences issues with our drains, i was advised what service i needed and an engineer was sent out rapidly, engineer quickly identified problem and resolved it, he also advised me to contact Severn Trent to make repairs to non return valve.
Service was very quick and pricing was fair, Engineer was polite, efficient, and clean, making sure property was left tidy, would recommend Drain Doctor to anyone experiencing drainage issues.
