From the moment we entered Calderfields, I knew it was the ideal venue for our wedding. Having frequented the location for golf, Anthony needed no further persuasion. Throughout the 12 months of planning, Dan Lowe and his team provided exceptional support, offering valuable recommendations and ensuring every detail was attended to. The day itself was meticulously organized, and every moment felt truly magical.

Calderfields provides a stunning backdrop for a wedding, with picturesque grounds that we are excited to see captured in the photographs by Samantha Lowe Photography. The food was exquisite, and our guests thoroughly enjoyed their meals. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather, allowing us to hold the ceremony outdoors under the shining sun—it was simply perfect. The day concluded with a fireworks display to celebrate our union, perfectly timed by Dan and Meg, who managed every aspect seamlessly. I would like to say a huge thank you to Dan Lowe and the team for making our day exceptional.

The review from Philip Davenport is completely and utterly false. I am the owner of the house he is referring to and my wife did inform his mother that the work would be taking place. The access was blocked for no more than 15 minutes whilst they removed the spoils with a grabber. When his mother approached the workmen, they immediately, and politely, offered to move the grabber out of the way so that she could drive her car out. She informed them that she didn’t actually want to go out. Indeed, she did not leave her house that day in her car at any time although she could have done. In fact, she usually only takes her car out once a week. Additionally, the only person who was aggressive was Philip himself. Who arrived with his snarling barking and growling dog threatening to report our workmen. He also accused them of not having permission to do our work and proceeded without permission to take photographs of them. I cannot stress enough how inappropriate Phillip’s response and behaviour to the situation was. I can highly recommend Artistic Gardens, Steve and his team, who did a fantastic job on our new front garden. We have had many compliments and enquiries regarding who completed the work and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Review received from A.B. - Just want to say a huuugggeee thank you to Aisha Abdul Latif from the Birmingham office for helping me to get my husband over! When I was going to apply I called over 10 solicitors and when they heard that I had no photographs and I had not been abroad since I got married they all became negative and some even said that until I go again and take pictures my husband would never get his visa! I was so stressed until I was leaving from work one day and met a friend who was going to see Aisha. We talked and talked and so I thought let me check Aisha out as she is local and people are saying really good things regarding her. My first conversation with Aisha over the phone was so reassuring. She was honest and told me not to worry as she would do everything she could to help me. She made me an appointment when it was convenient for me as I was juggling 2 jobs. She even came in on the weekend for me to check my documents. It was the way she spoke that made me feel confident in my application. The most important thing for me was that she did not judge or criticise me for any of the decisions I had made when I was getting married such as why I didn't want pictures etc. Thank you so much Aisha! If anyone asks for an excellent solicitor I know who I will be sending them to!

We booked Owen for our wedding at Hogarths Hotel, Solihull on 11th June 2022.
We first met Owen at a wedding fair and were blown away by the tricks he showed to us. His tricks are all interesting and original, and could easily be watched over and over again with equal amazement. His fantastic sense of humour just tops this off and makes him a great entertainer. We were instantly sold and knew we had to book him there and then.
He offers multiple packages to suit all budgets, and the whole process was straightforward and simple. A small deposit was all that was needed to book.
When we booked in early 2020, we never thought we would have to postpone our original 2021 date, but this was no problem for Owen who was completely understanding, with no additional charges to do this.
When we finally got to the big day, it's an understatement to say our guests were just as blown away as we were.
I highly reccomend you book Owen for your drinks reception immediately after your ceremony, as he will arrive just as your guests do, mingling in as a fellow guest himself. Most will assume he is a relative on the other side of the family, or a friend they have not met before. That is until the deck of cards come out and it dawns on them hes a professional magician! For this reason, it's key to keep him a secret from your guests whilst you are planning your wedding!
I don't think a single guest left without saying how amazing he was. He works around all your groups and tables, and reserves a couple of extra special tricks for the bride and groom, so you won't miss out yourselves whilst he's entertaining everyone whilst you have your photographs etc.
You will probably see lots of your guests keep calling him back over to their table for another trick! They just couldn't get enough.
Owen is worth every penny he charges for his professional, seamless performance, and I highly reccomend you book without hesitation.
